Minimum Enrollment Requirement: Intella requires a minimum of six attendees to conduct a class. Based on enrollment numbers, we reserve the right to confirm or cancel the class at least 30 days before the scheduled date. In the event of class cancellation due to insufficient enrollment, enrolled participants will receive a full refund.Cancellation Policy: Attendees will be invoiced at the point of sale. To receive a full refund, cancellation notifications must be given at least 14 business days before the class start date. Failure to provide notice or non-attendance will result in no credit.
Travel and Accommodations: Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodations. Please do not plan travel and accommodation until the class is confirmed. Intella will not reimburse any travel expenses incurred.
Classroom Materials and Name Badge: All necessary classroom materials will be provided at the beginning of the course. Attendees are required to wear a provided name badge while on our premises.
Meals and Refreshments: Lunch and refreshments will be provided during the training sessions. Attendees are responsible for their meals outside the class.
