Shipping policies

Standard Ground Shipping (Ships best way): We usually ship via FedEx Ground or USPS Ground Advantage depending on what kind of parts you are ordering. To get the most accurate rates, add the parts to your cart, enter the ship-to information and click the "Continue to Shipping" box. On the next page you will be able to see all the available shipping options along with rates for transit, delivery are surcharges, and sales tax (if applicable). If you enter a residential address, FedEx may attempt to deliver on the weekend. Contact us if you have questions.

Air freight: YES! We can ship FedEx Next Day Priority, Next Day Standard or Second Day Air. To determine the rate, add items to shopping cart and freight charges will appear in drop down box. In the unlikely event that air freight charges are not shown as an option on an item, please call or email us, and we will advise air freight shipping charges. Orders must be placed before 3PM eastern time to ship the same day. Orders received after 3PM eastern time will ship the next business day.

Delivery area surcharge: All shipping carriers have determined that shipments to certain zip codes will incur a delivery area surcharge (remote locations, outside of standard delivery zone, etc). If we ship to one of those types of zip codes, a surcharge will apply. We do not have control over delivery area surcharges and cannot alter them, they are added automatically from FedEx. To eliminate this fee, consider shipping to another location (work vs home, etc.).

Special Order Items: If you decide to purchase a special-order item, please note that selecting next day or second day air will not make it arrive any faster. It will just determine the shipping method once the order arrives ready to ship out. Items marked special order will have a lead time associated with them and are not cancelable once ordered. To get an exact lead time please call, text, or chat online to find out. Special order items are also not returnable, please see our return policy here.

Export orders (including Australia, New Zealand, and the UK): Please contact us for more information. Yes we ship to Oceania and have great rates!

• Australia (east coast including Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne): usually 7-8 days transit time via Fedex
• New Zealand (major cities): usually 7-8 days transit time via Fedex

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Military APO/FPO addresses: Shipping USPS is an option on our check out page.
