Intella sells parts to a number of independent forklift mechanics around the USA.  Those mechanics have each been vetted and approved to participate in our network.  They’re located around the USA and are brand neutral meaning they can work on most brands of equipment.  They’re considered independents:  they are forklift repair experts, they don’t sell new forklifts, they’ll just fix your forklift!

ADVANTAGES 
  • You get an experienced, trained forklift technician to fix your forklift
  • Our technicians are independent:  they aren’t connected to any forklift manufacturer or dealer.  They’re affordable!

The base fee is $300, which covers a service call to your location and one hour of diagnostic time. Should additional work be required beyond the first hour, you can coordinate the details directly with the mechanic from Intella's network

How To Hire a Mechanic From Our Network
If you want to hire a mechanic from the Intella Mechanic Network, please, follow the steps below:
 1. Look For the Part You Need Search the Part You Need 2. Check Technician Availability in Your Area Click "Check Availability of Technicians in My Area" 3. Enter Your Zip Code Enter Your Zip Code and Click "Look Up Zip Code" 4. Add This Service

If a technician is available in your area, you will see "✓ Successfully located a technician in your area!".
Then click "Add This Service"

 5. Add To Cart It will add the Part and also it will include the Mechanic Service ($300 basic fee) 6. Proceed to Check Out You can pay all at once. Need to Hire a Technician Right Away?
